OFFICIAL RULES FOR CERAVE “WORLD SKIN HEALTH DAY” SWEEPSTAKES

NO PURCHASE OR VOLUNTEERING NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR VOLUNTEER ACTIVITY WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID IN ALASKA, HAWAII & WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. The CeraVe “World Skin Health Day” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) March 27, 2026 and ends 11:59 PM ET July 12, 2026 ("Sweepstakes Period"). The Sweepstakes will consist of two (2) phases: (i) a sign-up phase from 12:00 AM ET March 27, 2026 through 11:59 PM ET July 7, 2026 (“Sign-Up Phase”), during which eligible participants will have the opportunity to register to volunteer for World Skin Health Day (at an authorized National Association of Free & Charitable Clinics (“NAFC”) location) scheduled to take place on July 8, 2026 or via a virtual volunteering opportunity, as determined by Sponsor, and (ii) an additional entry opportunity phase from 9:00 AM ET July 8, 2026 through 11:59 PM ET July 12, 2026 (“Additional Entry Opportunity Phase”), during which participants may return to the website to submit a photo of their volunteer session on July 8, 2026, for additional entries, or via the alternate method as described in Section 3 below.

2. Open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older and a dermatology professional at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, L'Oreal USA, Inc., Coyne PR, Trymark Consulting Group, L.L.C., and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, retailers, distributors and suppliers, and the immediate families (spouse, parents, children and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and individuals living in the same households of such employees, whether or not related, are ineligible to enter or win. Void in Alaska, Hawaii and where prohibited by law. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

3. During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants may receive entries as described below.

   Sign-Up Phase

   During the Sign-Up Phase, visit the website located at www.ceraveforworldskinhealth.com (“Website”) and complete and submit the volunteer registration/official entry form by providing your first and last name, e-mail address, phone number (including area code), name of current practice/employer, city and state, dermatology credentials and selecting a volunteer location. Upon completing and submitting the form in its entirety, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Entries during the Sign-Up Phase must be received by 11:59 PM ET July 7, 2026 to be eligible. Limit one (1) entry per person and per e-mail address during the Sign-Up Phase. For the avoidance of doubt, volunteering is wholly optional. Participants can submit the official entry form and receive one (1) entry during the Sign-Up Phase without volunteering. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility, including professional credentials. Please note: Participants are solely responsible for arranging and paying for their own transportation to/from any volunteer location, and for any costs and expenses associated with participation in the volunteer activity.

   Additional Entry Opportunity Phase

   During the Additional Entry Opportunity Phase, participants who completed and submitted the volunteer registration/official entry form during the Sign-Up Phase may return to the Website, provide the requested information, and upload a selfie photo taken during their volunteer session (volunteering is optional) to receive eight (8) additional entries into the Sweepstakes. Photos must be submitted in a .jpg, .gif or .png file type and must not exceed 10MB in size. The photo must be taken by the entrant and must depict the entrant participating in or attending the volunteer session at an authorized NAFC location or a virtual volunteer session. Photos will not be judged. Alternatively, to receive eight (8) additional entries without optionally volunteering and uploading a photo, or for participants who were unable to attend their volunteer session or for whom a volunteer clinic was not available in their area, hand-print on a 3” x 5” card your first and last name, e-mail address, phone number (including area code), name of current practice/employer, city and state, and dermatology credentials and send in a stamped #10 envelope with proper postage affixed to: CeraVe “World Skin Health Day” Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 51, Ironia, NJ 07845. Limit one (1) envelope (eight (8) additional entries) per person and per household for the duration of the Additional Entry Opportunity Phase. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 13, 2026 and received by July 20, 2026 to be eligible. Mail-in entries must be sent in a separate outer mailing envelope. Mail-in entries that are sent in business reply envelopes, that utilize address labels or stickers, that are photocopied, hand-stamped, computer-generated or otherwise mechanically reproduced, that are not mailed in separate outer mailing envelopes, or that otherwise fail to comply with these Official Rules will not be honored or acknowledged. Limit eight (8) additional entries per person, regardless of method of entry.

   There is a total maximum of nine (9) entries attainable throughout the Sweepstakes Period (one (1) during the Sign-Up Phase and eight (8) entries during the Additional Entry Opportunity Phase. Submission of erroneous or incomplete informa¬tion will void the submitted entries. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. If multiple entries are received in excess of the stated limitation from any person, household, or e-mail address during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry, only the first nine (9) entries received from such person, household, or e-mail address will be eligible for entry. Should multiple users of the same e-mail account enter the Sweepstakes and a dispute thereafter arises regarding the identity of the entrant, the authorized account subscriber of said e-mail account at the time of entry will be considered the entrant and required to comply with these Official Rules. “Authorized account subscriber” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization, which is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. By submitting an entry, the entrant consents to being contacted by text message if selected as the potential winner.

   Photos submitted during the Additional Entry Opportunity Phase may not contain any content that the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, determines to be:

   1. vulgar, offensive, sexually explicit, profane or pornographic.
   2. derogatory of any race, ancestry, place of origin, color, ethnic origin, citizenship, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, marital status, family status or disability; endorses any form of hate or hate group; defames, misrepresents or contains disparaging remarks about other people, products or companies.
   3. violent or promoting the use of alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, or weapons; promotes unsafe activities.
   4. promoting any political agenda or message.
   5. inclusive of any personal identification, such as persons’ names, phone numbers, physical addresses or e-mail addresses, URLs or other forms of contact information.
   6. communicative of messages inconsistent with the positive image of Sponsor’s name.
   7. in violation of or infringing upon the rights of any person or entity, including but not limited to privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights (including copyright infringement).
   8. inclusive of or referring to any individual (including, without limitation, minors, celebrities, or other persons) who has not provided express authorization for such inclusion or reference.
   9. in violation of any applicable law.

   By submitting a photo, entrant hereby grants Sponsor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and otherwise use the photo in connection with the administration, promotion, and advertising of the Sweepstakes, in any media now known or hereafter developed, without compensation, permission or notification, except where prohibited by law. The Sponsor reserves the right to reject any entry which Sponsor determines, in its sole and absolute discretion, does not meet the above criteria or is otherwise offensive or is not in keeping with the Sponsor’s image and reputation. Sponsor reserves the right to remove any entry without prior notice.

4. A random drawing will be conducted on or about July 22, 2026 from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period to select one (1) potential Grand Prize winner. Drawing will be conducted by Trymark Consulting Group, L.L.C., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

5. Grand Prize package (1): The Grand Prize package consists of a trip for two (2) (winner and one (1) guest) to attend a regular season NBA game of winner’s choice at Sponsor discretion. Trip consists of the following: (i) roundtrip coach commercial air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport near winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to chosen destination city of NBA game; (ii) standard occupancy accommodations for two (2) days/one (1) night at a hotel designated by Sponsor; (iii) two (2) tickets to attend a regular season NBA game of winner’s choice of available games (“Event”) (exact date, Event location, time of Event and seat locations to be determined by Sponsor based on NBA schedule and availability); and (iv) $500.00 (awarded in the form of a $500.00 check) for winner only to be used as a travel stipend and/or to offset tax implications. Total maximum Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of Grand Prize package is $2,500.00. The value for travel portion of prize is an estimate made before the Sweepstakes begins. Actual value of trip may vary based upon location of departure city and destination selected. Travel must be completed by the end of the 2026-2027 NBA regular season (as determined by Sponsor). If potential winner is unable to complete travel within the time period designated by Sponsor, the prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. Time permitting, Sponsor will use reasonable efforts to award the prize to an alternate winner. Travel is subject to blackout dates, capacity controls, availability, and certain other restrictions, all of which are subject to change. If a winner resides within a one hundred (100)-mile radius of chosen destination, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value. If, for whatever reason, any portion of the trip or Event, is cancelled or postponed, no compensation or substitution will be provided, however remainder of prize package will be awarded, and Sponsor shall have no further obligation to such winner. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor’s agent, on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice within fourteen (14) days of winner confirmation and at least fourteen (14) days prior to the intended departure date, subject to availability and NBA game schedule. The “Released Parties” (as defined below) are not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of the cancellation or delay of any flight or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels, venue operators, transportation companies, prize providers or any other persons providing any prize-related services or accommodations beyond their control. Airline tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. All airline tickets are subject to flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. Released Parties are not responsible and will have no liability if the winner and/or their guest are for any reason not permitted to travel by the relevant airport authorities or misses a flight or other travel element. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary, including the same departure location and date, destination and return date. No stopovers are permitted on airline tickets issued as a prize; if a stopover occurs, the prize will terminate at the stopover point and full fare will be charged for the remaining segments, including the return, of the trip. An unclaimed and/or unused prize element will be forfeited. Winner understands that there are inherent risks involved in travel and that these risks may be present before, during and after the trip. If winner elects to partake in any or all portions of the prize with no guest, the prize will be awarded to winner and any remainder of the prize will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation. Guest of winner must be of legal age of majority in his/her state of residence (and at least 18), unless he/she is winner’s child or legal ward. Guest (or winner, if guest is winner’s child or legal ward) must execute and return a travel liability/publicity release prior to travel. Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining all travel documents required by airline and comply with all applicable hotel check-in requirements, such as presentation of a major credit card. Winner and guest must comply with all applicable Event and venue rules and regulations. Sponsor reserves the right to deny participation or remove winner and/or their guest from any Event or activity if either engages in illegal conduct or behaves in a disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at any Event or venue, or appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Winner will be responsible for all taxes (including federal, state, and local taxes) and any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of the prize not described herein as being awarded, including but not limited to luggage fees, additional ground transportation, meals, gratuities and souvenirs.

6. Potential winner will be notified by phone, e-mail or text message (Data rates may apply. See your wireless carrier for text message rates and capabilities). In the event that any e-mail or text message to potential winner is returned as undeliverable, any phone number provided by potential winner is incorrect or no longer in service, a response to a given e-mail, text message, or phone call/message is not received within three (3) business days of date of its issuance or potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and, at Sponsor's discretion, an alternate winner may be selected. Potential winner will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability release and, where legal, a publicity release within five (5) days of date of issuance of those documents or prize may be forfeited and, at Sponsor's discretion, awarded to an alternate winner. Prize is not transferable, redeemable for cash, or substitutable except by Sponsor, which reserves the right, at its discretion, to substitute the prize or portion of the prize with one of comparable or greater value. In the event potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules or prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited and, at Sponsor's discretion, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. By participating, entrants agree as follows: a) to abide by these Official Rules, and to the decisions of Sponsor and/or the judging organization, which shall be final and binding in all respects; b) to the use of their name, photograph, and/or likenesses and/or biographical data by Sponsor and its designees if selected as the winner for advertising, promotional and other purposes in any or all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity without compensation, permission or notification (except where prohibited by law); and c) THAT SPONSOR, L'OREAL USA, INC., COYNE PR, NATIONAL BASKETBALL ASSOCIATION (“NBA”), NAFC, TRYMARK CONSULTING GROUP, L.L.C., AND ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, RETAILERS, DISTRIBUTORS AND SUPPLIERS, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, AGENTS, AND EMPLOYEES (COLLECTIVELY, THE "RELEASED PARTIES") SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS OR INJURY TO AN ENTRANT OR ANY THIRD PARTY RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR THE USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE (INCLUDING ANY TRAVEL OR VOLUNTEER ACTIVITY RELATED THERETO). PRIZE IS AWARDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, delayed, interrupted or unavailable network, cable, satellite, Internet Service Provider (ISP), server or other connections, miscommunications, failed phone, computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, or other errors, problems or difficulties of any kind whether computer, network, human, mechanical, electronic, printing, typographical or otherwise relating to or in connection with this Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors, problems or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, any cancellation or postponement of the volunteer session, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize, or in any Sweepstakes-related materials or for any damage to entrant's or other person's hardware or software as a result of participation. Released Parties are also not responsible for entries or mail that are illegible, lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered or postage due, or garbled or delayed by computer transmissions and all such entries are void. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes as solely determined by the Sponsor and/or the judging organization will be disqualified, and their entries will be void. Every submission must be manually keystroked and manually entered by the individual participant and repetitive automated electronic submission of entries is specifically disallowed. Use of script, macro or automated entry software or programs or any other means that subvert the entry process is prohibited and all such entries will be void. In the event the Sweepstakes is compromised by virus, bugs, worms, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to Acts of God, epidemic or pandemic, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes or any portion thereof and/or terminate the participation of any participant (and void all associated entries) whose conduct potentially compromises the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its sole discretion to award the prize in a random drawing from among all eligible non-suspect entries received prior to the act requiring such termination. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. CAUTION: Any attempt by an entrant to damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek any and all remedies available to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to its conflict of laws principals, with venue in New York County, New York.

8. EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, AS A CONDITION OF PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE THAT A) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL YOU BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND YOU HEREBY WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES, IF ANY; B) ALL CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES, OR ANY COMPENSATION OR CREDIT TO BE PROVIDED, SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION AND EXCLUSIVELY BY FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FEDERAL ARBITRATION ACT (“FAA”, Title 9 of the United States Code) UNDER THE AUSPICES OF THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION; C) THE FEDERAL ARBITRATION ACT SHALL GOVERN THE INTERPRETATION, ENFORCEMENT AND ALL PROCEEDINGS AT SUCH ARBITRATION; AND D) JUDGMENT UPON SUCH ARBITRATION AWARD MAY BE ENTERED IN ANY COURT HAVING JURISDICTION. YOU HAVE A RIGHT TO OPT-OUT OF THIS ARBITRATION PROVISION. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS MANDATORY ARBITRATION PROVISION WITH REGARD TO THIS PROMOTION, THEN WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS FROM THE DATE OF YOUR ENTRY, YOU MAY OPT-OUT OF THIS, AND ONLY THIS, PART OF THE OFFICIAL RULES BY NOTIFYING THE SPONSOR OF SUCH OPT-OUT REQUEST BY PROVIDING WRITTEN NOTICE AND MAILING SUCH NOTICE TO: CERAVE “WORLD SKIN HEALTH DAY” SWEEPSTAKES – ARBITRATION REJECTION, P.O. BOX 295, GAINESVILLE, VA 20156. ANY OPT-OUT RECEIVED AFTER THE THIRTY (30) DAY TIME PERIOD WILL NOT BE VALID AND YOU MUST PURSUE YOUR CLAIM, IF ANY, VIA ARBITRATION PURSUANT TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES. ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND AWARD SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT OF POCKET COSTS INCURRED, IF ANY, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL YOU BE ENTITLED TO RECEIVE ATTORNEYS’ FEES OR OTHER LEGAL COSTS OR EXPENSES.

   IN THE EVENT THAT YOU OPT-OUT OF THIS MANDATORY ARBITRATION PROVISION, ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION, AND EXCLUSIVELY BY A FEDERAL OR STATE COURT LOCATED IN NEW YORK COUNTY, NEW YORK.

9. Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be treated in accordance with these Official Rules and Sponsor's Privacy Policy (as may be amended from time to time), currently located at https://www.cerave.com/privacy-policy provided, that in the event of any conflict between these Official Rules and such Privacy Policy, the terms and conditions of these Official Rules shall prevail.

10. The name of the winner (available after August 19, 2026 and/or a copy of these Official Rules may be obtained by mailing a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to: CeraVe “World Skin Health Day” Sweepstakes - Winner/Rules (please specify which), P.O. Box 295, Gainesville, VA 20156, for receipt no later than October 31, 2026. VT residents omit return postage on rules requests.
